I would not refer anyone to go to this insurance. They are nothing but rude and don't even care to help you. My windshield on my car got completely shattered but it's still in tact. They questioned everything just because my last name is not the same as my stepfather and mom. They instantly closed my claim and said they won't cover it.
They were also quoting me around 400 bucks to have it fixed. When I started making calls it really only cost around 200.

What a crap ? It means when someone claims if there is any fault in the information provided they won't pay out the claim. This is not fair. You should have talk to the agent or the person through which you have bought the policy.
